This pizza hut location is very good.It is not the closest one to me, though. Other locations pizza is not as good so I keep on going to this place. Keep up the good work, guys, and thanks for not cheating on the ingredients like some other locations.

Ordered online February 6th for some reason order was dispatched to this location. They took my money, said they cancelled it and I would get my $$$ back in 3-5 business days. Called February 15th about my money told I would get a call back in two hours, nothing. Now two weeks have gone by no call no money back in my account. $60 a time they scam outta people to make money? Never ever go here the Customer Service is absolute worst.

I ordered double pepperoni. This was whack the cheese wasn't even crispy, the wings I got were so small too . Never ordering from this spot againUpdate:this Pizza Hut location called me and gave me a free Pizza, and it was made perfect. Very good customer service. I really appreciated it.

I never had a problem with this pizza hut until today...Pizza was not made as we ordered...half the boneless bite wings were just the crust of other wings not even full chicken bites...and the 2 liter Pepsi was flat and warm!! Not ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again! and when we called they seemed annoyed that they made all these mistakes!! I just want what I ordered to be delivered correctly!! I don't think that's too much to ask! Oh and the person who answers the phone needs some customer service training...jerk!

No complaints about the pizza or their dealsbut the Cinnabon treat is sure not what the ads look like. I don't think they have them thawed and actually proofed for them to rise. We have ordered and tried it now 3 different times but there has been no improvement in the quality. Go for the chocolate chip cookie pizza.

I'm not the type to write reviews but this location is very unprofessional and lacks in customer service. Basically, the delivery driver brought the pizza to the wrong house and then blamed me for inputting the address wrong (the address was correct and included that our suite was a basement suite). I knew he delivered to the wrong place because called and said the pizza was outside but never rang the doorbell. Then he finally brings me my order and calls me saying he's here. I go outside as he's literally yelling at me on the phone and I see he's at my neighbours door. I point out where it should be delivered and he said I put the wrong address... turns out he's just incompetent. Also, they tried to make me pay double for their mistakes. Skip this location.

It has been years since I've had Pizza Hut. After today it may never happen again in my life. You know a place is cheap when they round up with paying with a card. Some pieces had no cheese.
