Staff is rude. They have customer files all over the seating area. One of the secretarys litterly came over and threw staff files in the corner. Their was only one seat to sit in because the rest have boxes of files on them all labeled 2020...The doctor is not concerned or cared about pain at all would not stop when I was screaming in pain. Try to find another dentist if you can!

I went there several times and if you arrive any later than 5PM you're out of luck, they'll be fully booked. People start to line up at 4PM to register and if you work during the day you're don't even bother trying. Don't bother going to the nearest Emergency Center either, they will most likely turn you away due to the Doctor not showing up for work. I think it's time to start firing people!

Had to wait over 20 days for a blood collection service, and was then turned away due to paperwork not being in place. The receptionist was very rude and did nothing to help me. I shouldn’t be treated like a hassle/inconvenience because the doctor wants to out source administrative work to me as a patient.

Never any doctors, always fully booked if there are any, and the receptionist sounds like they are on crack 100% of the time.

Such an efficient and welcoming office. You have to make an appt ahead of time by phone but that was easy peasy.When I arrived, front line staff were courteous, friendly and informative. Nurse Courtney's communication skills were excellent. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Dr Carly McLellan was professional, pleasant and very thorough. What a fantastic health centre. AND....when I left they all acknowledged me and said goodnight". I would rate all as a 10 if I could. You are rock stars and you make people feel like they matter. Bravo!"

The recipionst is very rude. Making me feel bad about needing help. Is it my fault the Nova Scotia Health Authority Registry has yet to find me a family doctor in well over 3 years?I really don't appreciate that kind of treatment from someone in the health field.Its your job to treat people in a reapectful manner when you answer the phone. Not chastise them for calling.Perhaps if dealing with people in a kind and respectful manner is too difficult....you should find employment elsewhere.

The last time my wife and I were there the woman passed out the tickets in the order that people had arrived to wait and it was very fair. This time the Security Guard passed out the tickets, first to people he obviously knew and then to people that had arrived long after us. He passed my wife three times handing out tickets to people on either side of her and then finally passed her one of the last tickets which meant that we would be there almost to the 9 PM deadline. As we drove a considerable distance it was not really an option to drive home and back. We turned in the ticket and left. This is the most rinky dink amateur run outfit that we have had the misfortune to experience. We will not return.
