They forgot they had booked me Friday morning. Luckily they were able to rebook for the next day. It was a hassle had to use taxi and put off errands for another day. In the end they did a good job fixing the ceased ignition switch on my Honda. I think they could have offered a discount of some type to make up for forgetting about my booking. I would use this company again. Except for the booking issue the service and work was quite good.

Jim was great. I locked my keys in my car and he was there in less than half an hour. Maybe 10 minutes to unlock it. Life-saver!

Consumer beware!! I called for a lockout of a semi. Which should only take 30 seconds including the drive to and from Cookstown Petro-Pass truck stop. They wanted to charge $200. I had a lox out that only costed me $85 and took the guy like 30 seconds in Winnipeg. This is absolutely predatory. I tried discussing the cost and they would not even budge a little. I called some other towing companies and they refused to come and kept referring me to these shysters. They have numerous ads and numerous phone numbers.

Locked my keys in my Cadillac with it running, called them and they were here in 15 minutes at 11pm. Very professional, the gentleman who came was cautious and made sure to take his time to not cause any damage! Hopefully there’s no next time but if there is i will definitely use them again, highly recommended. Thank you very much!

Amazing service from Cody! He was there within minutes, unlocked my car in a flash, and even helped me with my broken key fob. Hope I don’t need to use a locksmith again but if I do it will only be these guys!!!

Accidentally locked my keys in my car at Snow Valley. Called Cars Unlocked and they dispatched a tow truck to come get me into my car. Two or three minutes after hanging up with the dispatcher, I received a call from the driver. Randy from Utopia Towing was friendly, courteous, and jovial. He arrived exactly when he said he would and set to work. He promised not to put a scratch on the car and with his special tools he delivered. Inside of a minute he had my car unlocked without doing any damage to it whatsoever.He offered a convenient payment option and got me back on the road. More impressively, he turned a bad experience into a pleasant one. Five stars isn’t enough. Thanks Randy!

I couldn't find the keys to my truck on my way out the door. I searched everywhere and couldn't find them. Even though I couldn't see the key in the truck I figured that was the only place it could be. Cody came out and popped it open. We both searched - no key. I was in tears. He told me that he could help me. He spent extra time here and gave me a key to start my truck. I was so happy. He was friendly, smart and went above and beyond. Not enough people like him in this world. The guy is top shelf.

Can’t say enough about this company! My partner and I locked our keys in the car and Cars Unlocked got to us within 20 minutes, and our keys where in hand in under two minutes! Well worth their fee. Amazing group of people!
