You should invest in your technicians and show them how to use a paint marking wand properly. No excuse for this. Pink dots in the middle of my concrete driveway. “Just wash it away” they say. Why should I have to clean up your technicians sloppy work? And yes, it stains even after cleaning. Now I have to get out the pressure washer - more work for me thanks to your sloppy work and lack of respect for personal property.

Why do so many of these GTel employees park so dangerously? See them all the time parked half on the road, the wrong direction or blocking intersections. Train your staff better.

Can't say how many tens of thousands of dollars my company has lost as a result of missed dates, delayed projects and unreliable utility locates.$60,000 machine sitting on a trailer we can't even use most of the time because when Gtel says 2 weeks they mean 20 weeks. When they promise 1 week and to prioritize a job, they just don't show up at all or answer emails or phone calls.It's a miracle more people don't get injured at work. At a certain point, we just can't wait any more.

I can’t speak to the experience of booking and having this company come out.The person on my property was excellent, they were marking out the various underground lines for something the city is going to do in my neighbourhood.I had various questions about lines and depths and the gentleman was great and knowledgeable answering my rapid fire curiosity questions. Who was this worker? Sadly I didn’t get his name, but it was Fri Jan 20 5pm in London by the Ribambelle in Berkshire. Happily working late on a Friday? He’s a keeper!So companies pay attention to your workers, they’ll make or break an organization.

Absolutely the worst to deal with. Why is this the only option to get required locates? They say to call in locates 5 days ahead and they don't come out. Get locates 13 days ahead and still nothing. No one answers the phone. Absolute garbage. Needs a competitor to cut down on work and keep them on their toes. Would give zero stars if I could for holding up hardworking businesses from doing their jobs.

Undoubtedly the most incompetent company on the planet. 2 months late on my dig date. I called and left 3 messages with no response. Even Ontario OneCall told me I would have to leave a message and likely nobody would call back. Filed a non-compliance complaint with OneCall which seemed to resolve.When they got here they argued about items missing from the application and that they weren't going to mark the extra areas. They told me I should have called to update them. What a joke, I told them I tried 3 times and nobody responds. They begrudgingly marked the additional areas.Truly a zero is a better score for these buffoons.

Locate company car Lic Ont BRDX-378 driven by MG (full name is available) has been parked in a private driveway, blocking all access, for 25+minutes on Bowerhill Road /Karn Road. Photos taken. Called company to advise that the car is about to be towed. Dispatch indicated that they would transfer call to area manager but hung up... This ignorant act denied access to Fire and Ambulance service should it be needed. Dozens of alternate parking locations available including appropriate street side.Company has not yet responded (2+hours)

Absolutely most infuriating company to deal with. The company I work for is dependent on locates in order to drill. I have 24 outstanding tickets. (submitted 10 weeks ago). Calls are never answered, emails from dispatchers go unanswered and if we miraculously reach someone and are told a ticket will be completed - they don't show up and our crew has wasted their time. It would be a different story if they would communicate and show they are at least trying but the lack of response creates even more frustration with them.

Just dealt with a dangerous driver representing this company. Truck # or id was 12 212 810 on the side.He was impatient with me while I was waiting for the intersection to clear, before returning left. Well this jack @$$ behind me representing GTel tailed me very dangerously, as well tried to enter the lane before me... although he was behind me, yea, sounds impossible, as it should be.Description of the driver. Bald,.white, mid 30's - early 40's.He seemed frustrated, as if I should have driven into the vehicle running through the yellow, rather than waiting for the intersection to clear. I would highly assume if he wasn't in a company truck, he would have road raged.Would not recommend this company if this is who they are represented by.
