We hired Rent It Again on two separate celebration occasions for our son's and daughter's birthdays. Jassann asked detailed questions about the event then explained options. They understood and captured the event theme while offering ideas that suited. A realistic digital mock up was provided. They came prepared and worked with the available space repositioning as needed. The high graded balloons used lasted several weeks after. Rent It Again payed attention to detail. The entire experience exceeded expectations. The customized designs were beautiful. I highly recommend Rent It Again for any event.

I hired Rent It Again for my birthday. I wanted a balloon arch and marquise numbers. The work Jassann did was amazing. She was on time, professional and made sure to customize colors how I wanted it. She is quick to respond and making the customer happy is her number one goal, which she went above and beyond on. She was also very quick and efficient during the setup and breakdown. All of my guests were so impressed by her work and as each new person walked in the door it was the first thing they noticed.I will definitely be hiring rent it again for my next event and I’ve recommended them to friends and family!
