75% of new price for a refurbished toner cartridge?The whole idea of getting a refurb is that you are saving some decent money but these guys seem to have some really weird prices on their toners. Bad pricing.

I was very disappointed that I was charged $15.00 more for ink cartridges than their sister store in Victoria. I had purchased in the past and was not charged these amounts. The owner claims it is because it is Duncan.

I worked for these slobs for many years..(9 and a half to be exact)...I learned and built their business up on the remanufacturing system that they are still practicing today!(without compensation for my system) (neither of them know ,and to this day,probably still don't know what to do as far as actual hands on experience means) They ripped me off for over $15,000 in wages and a car I was supposedly purchasing from them. Everything went south when The lady owner's father passed away! (RIP). At the time, they had 4 employees, 3 of us quit on the same day! ..…Tells you something!!!!!!! I am not stating this for any kind of glory or recognition...,just want people to be well aware of who they are dealing with. Go to access west for all your laser refill needs!

I asked for a CANON IP7220 Black XL cartridge today, it is $13.95. That seemed like a reasonable price. The business associate seemed friendly. This company has moved to Victoria BC but they do deliveries to Duncan as well. Cheers.
