I was the only one in line to order, and staff were more interested in being on their phones than taking my order. They didn't make eye contact, didn't say just one moment - nothing.

Haven't seen the restaurant from the front, (like the pics are showing,) so I hope that I'm giving this review to the proper address... (Just west of Cawthra, across the parking lot from the medical walk-in clinic...) Compared to the closer Popeye's, to us, the food & service were both amazing!Fall off the bone chicken, so fresh and quickly served. No problems, food accuracy, and service were on point! (...at the end of a long day at work, you nailed it!) We will be traveling farther, to this location, next time, when the craving next arises, cause it was SO good!

July 10, 2023 when we order at 12:30 afternoon the staff they gave a wrong order for chicken tender but they give 3 pcs chicken, and the staff ask it’s not allowed to eat there, worst site discrimination

Terrible experience waited a long time for service. Was acknowledged but ignored, whatever. Ordered my food and waited because they didn’t have mild chicken ready. A guy walked in and I watched him leave because service was too long. In the end of the day got my food without checking bag and got home and realized they forgot the coleslaw. Also the workers are unhygienic and smelled really bad

Well, what can I say.Made an online order. Picked up my order. Went home... open the bag, and there wasno napkins inside the bag.Another thing: for some reason, this time, my crispy chicken tenders had a strong smell inside. Didn't feel good about it. I think it is gonna be the last time I order popeyes.

One of the best popeyes that i’ve been to so far. Their customer service is awesome. My order was pretty big so the manager made sure if was on time and fresh. Will recommend and go back again for sure
