It was extremely rude service by the waitresses who was clearly very racist to us. Banged the plates on the table instead of putting on the table, was rolling her hands in a way to control her anger, and wasn't pleasant with us at all.(However, the manager and the other lady were good who greeted us and took us to the table earlier)... but after being insulted by the waitresses a few times, we decided to leave without eating and informed the manager of her behavior

Fantastic location. Owner (Sue), is very friendly and personable. She clearly cares for her staff and patrons. Waitresses are also top notch. On each visit, always get a smile and fantastic service. Would highly recommend this location if you're in the area.Would also like to mention my waitress was Bobby. She's a terrific waitress that obviously loves what she does. Very friendly, a real people person. Fast, accurate, and friendly are the best ways I can think of to describe her.I'm in town for the next month, and will definitely be back.Shootout to the other waitresses that have looked after me, Dallas, Ray, Anna Lisa. They've all been very courteous and prompt.Always nice when a waitress introduces themselves.And no review on this location would be complete without mentioning the hostess known affectionately as momma. She is a wonderful lady full of life and greets all her customers as though they are family.

Have to boast about the amazing ladies on the restaurant side tonight who went above and beyond to make my little girl feel special tonight. Brodie and Kailyn I believe? I hope I got their names right. Both amazing people and very great with kids

Very disappointed with the Lasagna. I've always like the BP Lasagna, but last night's order was sad. 90% noodles, 5% sauce, 5% cheese, made for a very dry, bland meal.Update...Since doing this review, Boston Pizza did reply, apologizing for what happened and indicated they were discussing it with the local outlet. They also issued us a gift card which will cover a meal for two. We are impressed with the quick response and knowing BP takes these concerns seriously.

Our server barely acknowledged us unless necessary. If I didn't ask for my drink to be changed, we wouldn't have gotten our appetizer, which was barely warm when we got it. We understand that it was busy as it's Valentine's day, but it wouldn't hurt to be a bit nice even if it's fake. Our server would talk to all the tables surrounding us and serve them but she ignored us repeatedly. She set the plates and cutleries on our table like she was just placing it there for a second and then left. We were left confused and bewildered because it felt like we angered her somehow. For the rest of the evening, she barely looked at us, or talked to us, and our food was served by someone else. We saw her being friendly with everyone around us, while she acted like we weren't there.The food saved the night (except for the almost cold calamari). We are confused about the blue things on the food. They're as big as a sprinkle. The first time I saw it was in my glass, thinking it was seed in the lemonade at first. We just ended up changing the glass and not touching the lemon, afraid that it's soap.

First off, the server we had was a ball, she was amazing and fun to talk to, and deserves a raise honestly. Service was top notch, fast, and she checked in often but not so overwhelming that it was annoying.The food was alright. Wings were the best part, they were crispy and well seasoned, and fresh. The cactus cut chips on the other hand were subpar. They were more soggy then crispy, a bit over oiled, and the flavour seemed a bit off, though the spice was good.Drinks were great, very happy with everything ordered, and very timely when requested. Loved them all.Overall, a good experience, and we are looking forward to coming again. And the cat robot is amazing, and I want it in my house just to be there, absolutely adorable and worth coming just to see it.

My boyfriend, our 2.5 year old son and I came in to eat at Boston Pizza North this evening. Our server Bobbi was completely above and beyond with her service. We go out to eat a lot and this was by far the best service we have received anywhere. The way she interacted with my little boy, bringing him the ice cream.cart and letting him choose his toppings, making it so fun for him. I highly recommend this location specifically related to Bobbi's incredile service. Thank you for giving us such an enjoyable night out!
