Hi amazing tools, and customer service. I had ordered two items during the covid 19 issue, delays are to be expected. One of the two items was incorrect and when I called to discuss what happened Bryan answered. After I told him what happened he confirmed that there was a mistake on there end and we came to a solution. GREAT customer service. Only reason it's not five star review is the ability to access information online such as order history is not there. Smaller company tho.Other then that I would strongly recommend the company for any of their wood working tools. Proud they are Canadian.

I ordered a couple of plane irons on the 9th of June, 2022. Got them today, 06/22/2022. Took one out of the box, ran it across a strop a couple times and got <.0001 shaving. I'm happy."

A true Canadian success story. They make the worlds Best chisels and tools. A great company and great people.

Do your self a favor and do to veritas,lie neilson or hock. I am giving this company a poor review based on their customer service. You can't place an order with a separate billing and shipping address and it must be what's linked to the card. They had me place the order with an incorrect address then email the shipping address.(should have been able to place order with correct address vocer the phone). I had emailed again asking if I would receive an order and shipping confirmation with the correct info and they did not answer. I reached out a few different ways over the next 2 weeks concerned bit was possible shiped to the wrong place. I reached out again trying there Facebook page and was told they had shipped my order. I open the UPS tracking service and find that they had shipped it but it was on its way to the incorrect address. (from the very first point of contact I made it clear I no longer live there). After unanswered emails or a simple I'll get back to you email I got through on the phone. The owner had absolutely no interest in helping resolve the issue such as a ups Address change. Brian's response was what do you expect me magicly reach out with my hand and get it back
