Niagara Falls Bus Terminal

Small bus station, friendly staff and clean bathrooms, they have seats to wait for your bus

Not much help with these guys they just tell you look everything up online. Even when they see I can't walk good one good leg. They wouldn't even help us to figure out where is the closest place to jump out to see the falls. Look on the map was their opinion

Considering that the Niagara falls is one of the tourist attractions, it would have been nice if the bus terminal had more seating and better facilities. I wanted to use the washroom and they were unservicable. Even the connectivity from the terminal to the city can be improved.

This bus terminal has dual functionality.It serves as a bus waiting terminal for GO buses, Greyhound and MegaBus.You can wait inside the terminal only during business hours that is 9 am to 5 pm.Presto cards don't work for WeGo transport system as it is outside GTATerminal sells WeGo day passes. You can buy a 24h pass or a 48h pass.All of these passes are time stamped, if you activate the 24h pass at 10 am on Friday, it will be valid till 10 am on Saturday, similarly 48h pass will be valid till 10 am on Sunday.Go bus tickets are not available here, if you want to purchase them you need to visit the kiosk located at the train station across the street near train line.You can Reload your presto cards at those kiosk.You can NOT purchase NEW presto card anywhere around Niagra falls. Nearest place to buy a NEW presto card is Burlington GO.Shoppers drug mart at Niagra also don't sell Presto cards.There are ad brochures at this bus transit terminal for information about niagra.The GO trains only operate on weekends, on weekdays you can only get GO buses.Washrooms are available at this bus transit location, phone can also be charged

Front desk could be a little bit more friendly.

They offer a card for the bus valid for the whole day for tourists, pretty cool.

Small.Doesn't have anything for GO Transit even though its the main station.Has MegaBus.

It’s a small bus terminal and I guess it is ok. I had a hard time using the restroom since it was always occupied, just 2 restrooms, one for male, another for female. The inside is a little cramped and they have a bunch of brochures. There is a ticket counter inside which is nice. This is where you get off the bus the if you are coming from out of town or want to catch a city bus. The Via Rail terminal is nearby.
