3 hours wasted on one driver (John) to show up twice and be ignorant, refuse to do any of our call requests. After calling to confirm he CAN do the tow but drives off instead of talking. Customer service skills are terrible. Would never request this driver let alone company. Waste of time.

I was warned not to buy a Chevy but fear not, Marcus came to the rescue and saved my daughter and I from being stuck on the side of the road. Once he got my new truck on the flatbed he jumped in his truck and put on his playlist !! That was honestly the best second part of our drive back into London. The best part was that Marcus was extremely polite, great sense of humour and a master behind the wheel in that massive truck. In my experience over the years of hiring employees, NEUMEISTER you have yourself an amazing employee!!

I had the best service with this company. I got a flat tire while I was working. They came way faster than the original expected time. Daniel was amazing and personable. He told me what he was doing every step of the way and was very kind. He worked quickly and calmly and answered all of my questions about what to do with my vehicle after he put the spare tire on. Way better experience than I had expected and Daniel was a nice genuine person.

I recently required the assistance of Neumeister Motors. I received excellent care and professional service by tow truck operator Darwin. Excellent job! I received further follow up assistance in the following days from the chap at the shop - possibly the owner - can't recall his name. Great job by everyone. Greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Popped a tire in a pot hole today about 250km from home in an unfamiliar place. Butch came and saved the day! He arrived quickly, patched the tire and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. He was also very friendly which put me at ease and calmed the nerves after a scary experience. Thanks Butch!

We took a drive to Stratford on Friday to do some shopping and have lunch. After lunch we came back to the car and it would not start. We called and your company came to give us a boost, after the first driver left, the car died and I had to recall for a tow. The truck arrived quickly and ended up towing my vehicle and bringing us ladies back to Woodstock to the garage that works on the vehicle. Dan was the driver and he had a young gentleman, who was a coop student with him. Both men were extremely friendly and polite and it was a pleasant drive to Woodstock. I would highly reccomend this company, and if ever needed again in the future would use them again. Thank you SO much for the outstanding service.

Mark Davies towed my Z06 Corvette from Grand Bend to Milton when a local company refused to tow it. He was very professional to deal with and kept me up to date every step of the way. I had a great experience with Mark. He obviously takes his job seriously.

I was in a bind, having had my keys stolen, locked out of my car PLUS having to tow my car from Stratford to the dealership in KW - such a hassle.Darwin showed up almost immediately after I placed the call and had my truck on the tow in minutes (in sweltering 30+ degree weather).He was calm, cool and collected and made me feel like it was going to be okay in a stressful situation.He also gave me a drive all the way from Strat to KW and was friendly, chatting with me the whole time.Excellent customer service, fast… I hope I’m never in this situation again but if I am I will definitely be calling Neumeister and asking for him! :) thanks to him and the whole team.

I needed a tow from Stratford to Bracebridge and these guys were super fast, efficient and on the ball! Darwin (butch) was, by far, one of the nicest drivers I've ever met - super personable, easy to talk too, down to earth- he truly made the trip enjoyable! If I could give more then 5 stars, just for him, I would!Overall, Neumeisters is a great company and I would recommend to anyone!
