Danny and team worked with my husband to create my engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary band. Their team was always extremely professional and timely. They also were extremely accommodating with me after the fact as it came to resizing (multiple times) on all rings including the infinity bands which is quite burdensome. Tried to have several custom pieces made with previous stones. I sent models, videos, and renderings. They were always very slow to respond. I delivered a prototype to Toronto for them to copy. They had it much longer than promised and the first time I went to pick it up, they had it at a different location without telling me. They simply stopped responding after a while. I invested a lot of time and energy into trying to make this relationship work but in the end they just gave up on it. I never even received a cost estimate after 4 moths of trying to get them to do this job.
