Checked into this store to see if they had a 95mm lens cap for my Sony 200-600. The interior felt outdated and the workers knowledge matched. The worker confidently informed me the Sony 95mm thread cap didn’t exist and named three sizes that lens caps came in. After the misinformation the worker could only offer me an 80 something. I would steer digital camera users away from this store as the workers are not up to date with current lens models.

Every time i do my pictures here for passeport or paper work they are Perfect !!!!!They stycly respect the process the dimensions!!!!

I bought a small tripod for a Christmas gift. As we put the camera attachment on the tripod, the plastic washer under the screw broke in multiple pieces, rendering it completely useless.When I took it in to return it, I was informed that I could not return it as it was broken, and that he had no idea how we broke it and no way of knowing if what I said had happened was the truth. But he offered to let me BUY another one at a reduced price.This is a disappointing result of trying to “support local”. Had this been an Amazon purchase I would have been refunded with no questions asked.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this lab. Got 2 rolls of colour developed here and printed. They didn’t bleach the negatives while the film was processing and ruined my photos in the process. When I said that I paid for them to be scanned too, they just scanned the prints as I waited- not the negatives. I went back a few months later and told him about it. He said that he warns people that they’re colour machine is 30 years old and doesn’t work well (but hey, they didn’t warn me). Or that it was maybe my film that was at fault. I will never ever ever bring my film here ever again. Ridiculous to miss something so significant to the process, not notice and then still have the customer pay 50$ and not apologize when they bring it up later.

I came with my baby boy to take a passport picture and the customer service was excellent!!! Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs passport or any other pictures to be done.

They are very versatile in what they do.They are capable of making prints of varying sizes, offering help with camera problem, doing passport photos and many more things. Above all they are pleasant and kind.

Great local business in an easily accessible location. Have used this business 3 times for passport photos and was impressed with how fast and easy the process was. Price was fair and didnt have any problems with the photos for the 3 times.

I came in for help with an old camera that wasn’t taking photos, so i was looking for batteries—and the owner of this store was very kind and helped me fix it in a few minutes, no batteries needed!

A very quick and convenient way to print beautiful quality pictures locally. I was able to email my photos from my phone and pick up prints the same day. The picture quality was infinitely better than the kiosks at the big box stores and an incredibly friendly staff person was knowledge and helped me get the scale right on cropped photos. I'll be back for all my printing.

last time i went in for a print the first one came out with black streaks over it and i had to demand they reprint it. should of never been given to me that way while i waited for a reprint someone else came in and ordered a print the same size as me and we were charged different prices.
