It was wonderful working with the whole Lucky Granite team from estimating to installing. Vanessa and Vivian were friendly, nice and responsive . Providing valuable recommendations and suggestions. Vo and installation team were quick with their turnaround times, only 3 business days. We are so happy and thrill with the new kitchen. Definitely recommend to others and will be working with them again with future reno.

Vanessa was great to deal with, the whole turnaround from ordering quartz for our basement wet bar to install was amazingly prompt, all within a week. Install was smooth and the team was very professional. Waterfall edge was cut and matched to perfection. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Optimal service from the moment you step through Lucky Granite's door to when your counter tops are installed. Vanessa, Vivian and the entire team (back-end staff) were extremely polite, professional and friendly. My family and I were initially very indecisive with our stone choice but Vanessa and Vivian were patient with us all through. As soon as we made our choice, the turnaround time was 3 days for measurement, template and installation. To top things off, the finished work was superb and came with a warranty!!! I am not usually easy to please, but Lucky Granite surpassed my expectations.

My experience with Lucky Granite was very positive. Vivian was very patient in explaining the various options. The prices that she quoted for my kitchen and bathroom countertops were very competitive. Bo and his team arrived as scheduled and installation was finished within a couple of days from the time I placed the deposit. They were very professional and polite, and ensured that the task was done to my satisfaction.

They saved me money!Great experience with Lucky Granite, they were fast with the quote and it did not change. When they came to install, they were professional ,efficient, knowing how to get the job done. They have amazing selection. Vanessa was friendly and very helpful.We will recommend them to friends and family.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as many of the reviews here.To keep things short,1. They measure 2 of the counter tops wrong. One they replaced and one they refuse to take responsibility for.2. Since the main island counter top was measured wrong they decided to cut into my wall without my permission and caulk" it in with an extremely messy finish.3. They pulled the original counter top off so hard it disconnected the island from the wall creating a horrible broken gap.4. They do not educate you on the new sinks they put in. Since they broke the large black pipe under the sink and did not measure my current set up I had to pay over $800 on having a new sink rebuilt.5. They put a dent in my freshly painted walls- more annoying then anything.They make you pay for the whole service before its completed and do not take responsibility for their actions.Vanessa was no help to any of the repairs that need to be done. They expect you to pay out of pocket for damages caused by them.Even the worker who showed up with the new measured counter top asked if their workers did the caulking job and cringed LOL. If that doesn't tell you something... oh well.Just writing to ensure future home owners like myself do not get screwed by this company.Update:Fortunately after posting this review publicly the company finally noticed my complaints and offered some $ back in order to fix a few of the damages done to the kitchen. This was very much appreciated and made me feel better about the situation. Thank you"

Very excellent service. We needed a countertop for our kitchen. The sooner the better. Lots of options to chose from, very friendly staff and super efficient. Once we decided on a countertop, Monday the following week it was installed. Thank you for all your help!
