Great customer service! It was my first time there and all the workers were very kind and friendly. Had great discussions and my manicure and pedicure came out better than imagined! They took extra time to clean my nails to make sure it looked perfect.

Don't go to this nail salon if u have a quote prior .. I booked mani and pedi with a quote of $58 .. when to the cash after I was finished and she charged me $75 .... basically called me a liar, told me I didn't get that quote from her salon and walked away .. outrageous price! I would never have paid that much for a mani and pedi .. and has never paid that much for a mani & pedi anywhere! And the job was even that good either!They must make up their prices has they cash out! Lost customer unfortunately!

I've been going here for years and Don and Sara are my main folks to work on my nails. I love them all. They are on time and they like all customers and care about them. Some people come late for their appts and if they come 10 mins late they try to accommodate everyone. They are always on time. They are the best. Keep up the good work Urban.

Good color selection. They take a long time however and thinned my nail down too far. My french manicure didn't last a week without a nail breaking. I am so disappointed had my nails growing all year to be thinned out.

My sister and I recently got our nails done here.I must say from the moment we walked in the door the service was beyond excellent.Sara and Kate were friendly, polite and well spoken, and their attention to detail in their work was outstanding.We felt very relaxed as they took their time and did not rush our appointment.We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to be pampered.
