If I could give this 0 star I would!! The lady who took my order was super rude and unwelcome. I work in the customer service too so I def know what to expect and that just was not how you speak to the customer at all. For details, I wanted to get the coconut taro milk tea and asked for less tapioca , the lady said with such a disrespectful tone of voice “ you will have to pay the same price”, like yes idc just give me what I want and I will pay the same no problem , the fact she had all those nasty attitude and saying all that is so gross! Also of course the drink was obviously horrible to say less ! I love freshly squeeze especially their drinks but I would never recommend going to this store in this location ( to be specific.) when this lady works!

A friend and I were there yesterday and the girl working was so rude! I have never seen such terrible customer service! She was yelling and getting frustrated with this elderly gentleman because he was having trouble with the debit machine, and then when asked by a couple of gentlemen in line in front of us if the products were made fresh she answered, yes, but was so rude about it! Perhaps management should look into some better customer service training for its employees, because what I saw yesterday was so far off the mark. Despicable! We chose to give our money to a company who employs people who know how to talk to customers instead of yelling and being rude.I'd have given a 0 star review if it would have let me.Just a tip - it's not always what you say, it's how you say it. Tone of voice is just as important. And also, responding to reviews by calling people liars and telling them never to come back is not how you retain customers.

The best place to get my favourite milk tea drink. Staffs are nice and made sure I loved my drink they also recommended other options for me which I can’t wait to try. I love the cheese cake which the owner recommended.

I went to the stall in Thunder Bay Intercity Mall. I’ve been going there for sometime now and I always get the mango aloe smoothie. Fast forward last week the smoothie they gave me was tasteless. Too much of the powdered whatever so today I asked if the lady will reduce the number of scoops of whatever that powered substance is so I can taste more of the mango. She was extremely rude to me, telling me she has to follow the company rules and she WILL NOT reduce the number of scoops and if I have any problem with it I should contact head office to complain about it. I had already paid for a large smoothie so I collected the smoothie, went home and poured it down the drain. I’m never going there again! Very rude young girl who will not accommodate a very simple request from a customer.

The bubble tea is too watery, the tapioca pearls are too hard and stale. The customer service is TERRIBLE. That lady always messes something up like giving the wrong drink and forcing me to take it. She is very rude and yells whenever I ask her questions about the drinks she sells. This is absolutely the WORST bubble tea in town. If you want bubble tea, I strongly suggest you go to Macoa Imperial or Milktease instead.

The best bubble tea and smoothies in Ontario hands down. Great friendly staff!
