Great staff and the beers are always stocked up compared to other locations.

The Beer Store
Great staff, only complaint is a serious lack of variety. I know it's a small location but there's not a ton of interesting and unique brands. I love all sorts of flavours and types.Too many low quality big name beers on the shelf. Not enough sours, radlers, saisons, reds, etc. They've also removed one of my favourite summer beers... Broadhead Blueberry Blonde.

Aug/27/2020 - pretty sunny day beginning of fall - I was heading to a friends place after work. Decided to stop to grab a few drinks. Couldn't decide what I wanted and asked the employees. They are very knowledgable and kind hearted.Overall, very easy access and good selection. There was no sour beer available however except for a non-alcoholic one. Other than that, in and out

Good beer store! Walk-in style to pick what you want. The staff is helpful and friendly. Good display of single tallboys to experience/sample new beers.

It seems like they or the local PD has gotten the homeless problem near this location under control a bit. Back a year or two the store was more of a homeless recycling center than beer store. It seems to have improved in selection and operations.

Was there the other day...staff were super friendly when I asked about what was in stock. Good selection for a small store. They are accepting empties as well. Social distancing on point. Only downside was that tap didn't work on their machines (dont forget your pin). But otherwise nice experience.

It’s a great experience to be there because people are nice there. I don’t know the name of the person who is on billing counter but he is very polite and helpful if you don’t find anything or are looking for something.Overall it’s worth visiting place.

I lived fairly near to this beer store and used to return our empty cans to be recycled. I always left the cash for my returns behind for the staff to give to homeless folks who try to earn a living from returning cans for cash. Some homeless people get barred from time to time by staff for being high, aggressive or stealing.I knew most of the staff and they always gave my dog a cookie. One day last winter I swung by. It was about minus 20 and I was unrecognizable in heavy coats, layers of hats gloves etc to keep warm. As soon as I arrived one of the staff picked on me because I put a recyclable bag on the shelf once I had boxed my cans for counting. He told me not to leave my junk behind and to take it away. His attitude was shocking. I asked him why he was so rude and he said if I didn't leave immediately he would call the police as they don't tolerate people like me".I took my hat off and asked if he recognized me. He didn't as he was not a regular staff member. The manager came out and recognized me immediately. I asked again why his co worker was so rude. I asked if they talked to all their customers in this manner or was it because I was mistaken for a street person in layers of heavy coats and hat.I suggested they had an attitude about the homeless and I told them they should respect ALL their customers

The best store in all of ontario. Never a day when you are not greeted with a big smile. It’s like family on the queens quay. 21 years of excellence for me. Over the top guys. Cheers to the crew
