Where to start. We were fortunate that Michel sold our neighbors house and this is what triggered our call to him. We invited Michel to our home to provide us with an appraisal. Michel came prepared and as soon he entered our home he was full of ideas as how the house should be prepared, staged and presented to appeal potential buyers. What he suggested made a lot of sense. We were on a tight schedule to list our house and Michel worked with us to meet the schedule and even arranged for a painter within a day. Based on his advise we changed the color of several walls to neutral. He bore thecost of cleaning services and staging, and promised to send a gardener for giving a facelift to the yard. Unfortunately, the gardener could not come due to the emergency in the family and Michel himself workedhard to give our yard a facelift. I find Michel a hand-on person who knows what will sell a house and pays a lot of attention in preparingthe house for sale. Although we did not ask for holding open houses, he himself proposed and organized two open houses and succeeded ingetting an offer at the second open house. We have no hesitation in recommending Michel as a real estate agent.

Michel has the winning recipe to get your home sold. He goes the extra mile to get it done. He shovelled my 400 sq ft deck in the dead of winter because he thought it was a show piece!! Thats commitment. He's known to get you top dollar and break records.

We requested Michel to assess our house for renting and it was our first experience with him. Our request was responded quite quickly and he kindly came to our house and explained the entire process for us. Set up an appointment was late then had a good impression but that was short lived when I tried to contact him he never responded back! Think all these realtor got their good reviews when anyone can sell a house in the COVID market but now the truth comes out.
