There is no question there is a big issue with the massive ego of one particular member of the staff here. You may be made to feel stupid for asking questions and that your presence has no value.

Wonderful place! Came to try shooting for the first time and was not disappointed. Jim is a great instructor, showed me exactly what to do in the safest and most fun way. They provide you with a variety of handguns and a rifle with different calibers (22 LR, 9mm, 45 ACP…….). The most fun I had in a while. Be sure to check this place out.

Prices are fair, service and delivery is lightning quick, staff is awesome. I've bought 2 rifles from General in the last 3 weeks, each of them were delivered within 1-2 days. Wish they had a location further east, but they make up for it with quick shipping.

I purchased a handgun online last night before I was aware of the incoming freeze. I called to have my ordered cancelled and the guy was understanding and able to do so. I didn’t want to get stuck with something by I wouldn’t be able to transfer or sell I’m the future. General Gun was understanding and helped me out by cancelling, this goes to show their dedication to their customers and service they provide.I thank you again for accommodating my request during your busy and hectic times! I now know this is why my family recommends this store so highly!

Paid for 2 shotguns online on a weekend. On the Monday after they told me both were sold to someone else. Reimbursed, but not happy with the service. Even asked if they would consider dropping 50 bucks off another shotgun to make up for it, they won't even answer back.

I bought ruger m77 form general gun, when i received it , stock is damaged. I talk to them,they told me maybe is transport make this problem.but box is very will. I believe they know it, they not honest.
