Took my Bebe there when she was in labor, thank you for saving her! Her only surviving kitty I called Suri,(born April 11) you'll be seeing him when he's ready to get snipped.

Like all vets, quite pricey. However, JM and staff took great care of my dog. JM was very patient and gentle with my very sore and stressed 120lb baby. 3 days later and hes healing up much better than I expected

Dr. Pozniak & Dr. Shah as well as all the staff are all very accommodating whether it’s a routine procedure or an emergency. I have phoned more often than not for emergency appointments and have never been turned away no matter the time of day or night. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. A great run practice!

I'm very disappointed in the service we received. I phoned and got quoted at 400 and ended paying 525. I drove a hour n 30 min for a cheaper service. They kept adding on and we had to scream at them to stop and they laughed in our face. I do not recommend this as they have no justified their actions when I voiced my concerns. We will be taking out pets to barhead now as they have way cheaper and exception service than what I experienced here.

The staff was very nice and great to deal with. The vet was great to talk too and was very informative about treatment for my pets

Just a bad experience because my kitty was too weak for the surgery the doctor recommended and she passed away during surgery with out me to hold her and say goodbye. Front staff are super friendly. It just hurt to get a 500$ bill and go home with out my soul cat. Otherwise a decent experience

I called when our 16 year old Shih-tzu started showing signs he was in pain. They got us in right away and were very kind as we made the decision to put him down. They allowed us all the time we wanted and let us hold our little man in his last moments so he could go knowing how much we love him. It was the most heartbreaking time but their respect and understanding the whole time made the process as easy as it could have been.I kept saying I wanted his paw prints and they said it would be taken care of. Sure enough about a week later e received them in the mail with a card signed by the staff. They clearly cleaned up his paw and snipped the hair for a cleaner print, I could not be more thankful!

Just moved to town bring my two dogs here highly recommend them! Great knowledgeable staff who are easy to deal with.

We had a after hours emergency Feb 19/23, for one of our young dogs born July 09 2020, having mass seizures, (ended up being kidney failure). Dr. Pozniak was very thourough. Suggested epilepsy which can be treated, but, did blood tests and had to give us the bad news and as a result we had to euthanize him. I had this dog to our vet in FSJ June 28 2022, who had been seeing all our 11 dogs since July 09 2020, and he x-rayed his stomach ( I had taken him because of his occasional throw ups , bad breath and weight loss) The FSJ vet said he was healthy and probably just ate bad stuff. No blood work done or even suggested. I think Dr. Pozniak is the best vetrinarian I have been to for years. He mentioned this dogs inturned eye lids( weepy eyes) missed by FSJ vet (said probably allergies) even though he had seen this dog for neutering and all his vaccinations since he was born. Dr. Pozniack even showed us how to clean dogs ears properly, where as other vets have Just prescribed drugs".I highly recommend Dr. Pozniak

Dr. Pozniak has been the best vet I have ever encountered in over 5 years. He has been there every time iv needed, even in emergency situations even when no one would see my dog in grande prairie, via breed specific or them being to busy.
