The artists are very nice and very precise but the polish is less than ideal. I was just in today and we had some issues with the polish drying. It took quite a few rounds of sanding we got the polish to dry nicely. Unfortunately that left two of my nails in particular quite rough. Also within an a couple hours of leaving I noticed the top coat started peeling on those two nails. I tried to smooth it out to see if I could make it look the same as the others but to no avail. I just peeled right off and took the polish with it. I had my nails done here a month ago and it was really well done, but this time, maybe it was the colour i chose, I started to feel pretty disappointed with the results upon closer inspection. I hope there are systems in place to remedy this, as I would really like to come back as my first experience went so well, so Id like to think this is a one off timeedit: they did fix the nails for freeedit x3: there was a problem with the top coat, it was a new kind and it wasnt working. They threw it out, and brought me back in to redo all my nails and they did a wonderful job. I am much happier now. I had the artist Julia and she did a great job and was very sweet. Both times shes done my nails they have been perfect.

Service is 5/5. Giving it 3/5 for the quality of their nail polish.Went in on Thursday at 17:30 for a manicure pedicure. The girl did an amazing job with my nails - she was super careful, detail oriented, and very efficient. The following morning at 8:30 my nails had started to chip already and by the end of the day the nail polish was cracked and had big chunks missing. I know it’s not shellac but it should last more than a day ... I should’ve brought my own nail polish. Very disappointed, especially considering their prices aren't cheap.Update: Shortly after posting this review, the salon reached out to offer a redo. I am very satisfied with the level of service they provide. Everyone I interacted with at the salon was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my nails look beautiful.

I get brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping with Jincy and I 100% recommend her! I have very sensitive skin and she does a very good job so it does not hurt very much and she distracts me with her lovely conversation. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was very young, but I have never had anyone be as meticulous and precise as Jincy. She will make sure every hair is perfect! A very enjoyable experience every time.

Update: I wrote a comment after going there for the first time, saying that I disappointed because the shellac went off two days after (which explains the comment of the owner)But I decided to go back again because I loved the vibe, the decor, the service…etc. And honestly, I’ve been a regular client since then. Just had my brazilian with Jincy and she was so lovely and efficient! She made me feel so comfortable and the entire process only took about 15 minutes. I will definitely come back for her services - she's the best brazilian waxer I've ever had!

Worst experience ever! I went to get opi dip extensions in ombre. I choose the colour accordingly after showing the pictures and consulting with the staff. When the time came to do the ombre, she tried several times but failed. She said the brush we use is spoiled. She later told me to go with the normal french. I was extremely disappointed by the time. She did the normal french and asked me how it was. I told her I came here to get something else. She told me if you really dont like it, i can remove it for you. I said yes, and she later behaved very badly. Extremely rude behaviour. Very very unprofessional. She was arguing with me for wasting 5 minutes of her time when she wasted 2 hours of mine.
