Marcus is the man. His customer service skills are beyond amazing. I have worked in customer service for years and have never met anybody so professional, polite, or even as knowledgeable about the products. If you need a new phone, go to marcus.There is no one more deserving of a great review.

I purchased my phone at Telus online and because Telus is off they told me I needed to get a new E-Sim. (I didn’t. It transferred over just fine) I walk in and I ask her if she had any D-Sims and she explains that she has a whole box but was never trained how to use them. The proceeded to tell me she can’t give me a regular sim because she’d have to set up a whole new account. She was a really nice person. Her management very obviously let her down by not doing significant training. I used to work at rogers. This poor girl. It’s not her fault.

usually dread the time it takes to go thru an upgrade...however the guys here made the experience ..tolerable..and even had a few laughs....got a great deal on my new phone...very pleased and highly recommend!

My husband and I bought new phones at this location. Alexander was the young man who helped us pick out the best phone and best deal for us. We are thoroughly happy with both the phone and the plan. The bonus optimum points were nice too. Highly recommended this location. Very nice staff.

Although I did not buy my phone from Seth, he is very knowledgeable about his job and the cellphone market. I had many questions about pre-ordering a phone and so on and he explained everything very detailedly and professionally. I was in just buying groceries, but Bryan and Ron were both really helpful in answering all of my questions. I bought a screen protector, and it was installed very well. Both staff were super helpful. Would definitely return here
