Was denied service because bottles.weren't counted. But the guy in front of me brang bottles in a black bag which you aren't supposed to do. Rules are inforced selectively. Not driving to Sydney to drop off bottles so they will be going in the garbage from now on.

Serious customer service issues! It's a Jeckl and Hyde experience dropping off your bottles a couple of the employees are very nice a couple are very ignorant, rude and abrasive.

Web page shows open. Go there with an over loaded truck and they tell me to read the door. Door shows closed. Leave.... very rude
