I can hear! It's life-altering. I had an entirely positive experience. Staff are wonderful — knowledgeable, welcoming and accommodating. I appreciate being able to trial multiple models of hearing aid to find the ones that work best for me. My questions and concerns as a 40-something music-loving software developer were heard and addressed with clear and caring communication.

From the exceptional friendly service at the front desk, to the detailed attention and care from the Audiologist, The Nanaimo Hearing Clinic exceeded my expectations at every stage of my experience. I especially appreciated the reminder calls prior to my appointments. Through all stages of my time at the clinic: consultation, testing my hearing, then being sent home with two different trial hearing aids, then follow up discovery appointments, I always had the sense that the Audiologist cared more about my understanding and supporting my specific needs as opposed to just “selling a product”. I have already referred my closest friend to them and will continue to recommend others.

New to the Island and found the service for my plugged ear fast and efficient. Ear wax removal was well explained and any questions answered promptly.The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the heath care provider who did the procedure was the same. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Shelagh was great as she explained so much about my new hearing aids. She took the time to ensure the hearing aids were set up properly and that I could hear well with them.She answered all of my questions as well as questions that I had not thought of.Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this as the best establishment for your hearing issues.

The entire staff have been absolutely incredible. My experience has been delightful even though I was personally stressed and having a hard time accepting I needed hearing aids at 30 years of age. I am extremely grateful for their patience, kindness and experience throughout the tests, funding and fittings.
