Good design shoes, but lacks comfort for longer use. Been using them for work for 2 weeks. Bad for longer hours.

The worst shoe showroom and the worst brand ever. I literally wore their shoe once and it started protruding, it's poorly made and inherently defective. Not worth the money at all. The customer service is poor and I can't even speak with the agent after hours of holding on the phone. The store does not accept returns and the online return is not working. The store blames it on the new system but I know this is such a scam. Avoid the store and this brand at all costs.

From the et centre store, I recently purchased a pair of shoes. I discovered the shoes don't match when I got home. Consequently, I went to the store to exchange, but they refused to do so even though I have the receipt. The shoes are for different feet, so I can't even wear them. The man struck me as acting in an insensitive and discriminatory manner. He claimed that without the boxes, he would be unable to swap the shoes or provide the appropriate match. He even has the nerve to advise me to try a different store to see if they can exchange for me. He said my only option contact customer service. During our conversation, he didn't even turn to look at my face. And imagine his the manger of the store and treat his customers in a racism way.

I just had a worst experience at the store at Eaton Center, Toronto. I bought sandals 2 days ago and tried to return them. The manager refused to accept a return claiming that sandals were worn and the soles were “altered”and that they are not in a “saleable” condition. I didn’t wear the sandals, only tried them on at the store and at my apartment. I would say the sandals in a perfect condition, which you may see on pictures. I believe it was not fair to refuse and be quite rude about it. When I stayed in the the store near the counter trying to call the customer service, the manager threatened to call a security and asked me to leave. They allowed me to stay in the store thankfully if I didn’t stay near the counter.Hopefully, the customer service will be more helpful.Never ever will I shop at this store. Such a strict return policy. An awful customer service and it seems not the first time, judging by the reviews. ☹️

I bought a pair shoes with markings on it this May 2023 at 6:52 PM, from level 1 Eaton Centre store #3050. The store was almost closing that day, and didn’t had a time to check whether there is a marking on it and the lady in the cashier didn’t even give me a printed receipt. I went to return the shoes on the same store after 5 days since I ve bought it because I figured that it was too high for me to be used on a wedding in June and the manager refused for me to return it because of the marking they said i’ve already worn it, but i didn’t at all- the wedding is in June and this month is May. The personnels don’t quality control on their products. On the other hand, I would like to give a big appreciation in their other store in eaton centre store level 2, store ID 3143, because they have understood my situation and was able to help me exchange it for another pair of shoes. Even their cashier there didn’t understand why I was not given a printed receipt.Don’t buy your shoes on Level 1, buy it in Level 2. They have the all selection of shoes anyway.

The cashier Indian lady is very unprofessional! She’s very rude and doesn’t know what is customer service. I’m wondering is she a management person for this branch. Everyone is fine but her no to me. Yes I bought a shoe for this time but will be also the last time because of someone attitude. Please be polite to every customer , we don’t owe you anything but respect.

Making returns here is more difficult than it needs to be. When I mentioned that I wanted to make a return, the sales associate was already making a face, she didn’t look at my shoes, called another associate over and said she wouldn’t take them back. After the other associate agreed to process the return, the first girl started to help another customer and told me I would have to wait. While helping the other customer, she was telling her, unprompted, about how there were so many returns that day and it would be hard to reach their sales goals. I can understand the pressures of meeting targets, but she acted in such an unprofessional manner to both myself and the second customer. I’m sorry that you’re presented with a tough quota, but acting out this way prevents existing customers from returning.

We visited this store and woman who works there seemed to have an issue with our race. She specifically didn’t greet us when we entered the store. We were there for 10-15 min on last Sunday and I noticed she greeted all white guys who entered the store with how is their day going on or if they need any help. I also noticed she greeted white guys when they left the store with thanks for stopping by and have a nice day. When we left I told her thank you for help but she didn’t even say a word. Racist?

I bought a pair of shoes today. The sales associate told me that if I get the second pair it would be 50% off regardless even if my second pair was more expensive. I said it’s usually on the lower priced item so I won’t get it but she confirmed that the price didn’t matter. The other sales associate at checkout first charged me an additional 20$ for my first pair and later said it was on the lower priced item what a waste of time. When I reiterated it to the girl she said “MISTAKES HAPPEN”.Honestly the store should have better employees who 1) know the facts about sales and inform customers accordingly 2) honour the customers time and compensate for their mistakes 3) not use these cheap tactics to lure customers and then manipulate them into buying more shoes. If I hadn’t caught the mistake my boyfriend was buying the shoes and walking away. Sorry if it sounds harsh but I was disgusted by the experience
