Wagon West Travel Plaza

Stopped in for fuel and food on the way to Kamloops and on the return. Lots of selection in the food mart. Staff were friendly and provided great service on both occasions. Washrooms were clean and stocked with supplies. Chatted with fellow travelers in the food court area. Will be a regular stopping point for us in the future when travelling through Merritt.

Restroom had no TP, Urinals and one stall were out of order, hand drier didn't work. The fuel hose I used was leaking. The place needs some work.

It's ok, the store has a good selection, and the restaurants there are not too bad. When I went to get a cup of coffee from Burger King, they hadn't made a fresh pot in hours, and didn't seem too happy to want to make a new one, so I said forget it. But other than that one experience, I have no complaints about the Travel Plaza!

Poorly managed... most of stuff is not restocked. Washrooms are Disaster... cleaning is not priority in the store or washrooms...

This place is nasty. The washroom are disgusting and not recommend to use. Go to hotel across the street. The lowest level of effort had been done at cleaning and maintenance.

We Boon docked with the trucks. Very quiet at night. 2/12 gas pumps were working on the car side. Supposedly the others have been shut down for over a year, told to us by a local. The other car gas pumps were all out of order and there were no orange cones blocking the pumps so you learned about the pumps by driving up to one. The place is open 24 hours as stated but there they lock the doors at midnight. 1 door is unlocked on the car pump side and you have to call a phone number to alert an employee you would like to get in to use the washroom. They should really have metal screen sliders to close off the store areas so the washrooms are still accessible without having to call an employee.Unlike the other posts, the ladies and men’s washrooms were clean at 8pm when we arrived and again at 1:30am. However, the interior is under construction with lots of materials on the floor.Small store for a truck stop. The owners should visit a US truck stop to see just how busy a good 24 hour truck stop really is.

Hv showers also , good transit lunch when you are traveling Kelowna to Vancouver.

If I could give thos place negative stars I wouldSadly the pictures are After they did alot of work cleaning and removing junk, graffiti, and repairing the front door that was broken over a year and a halfI'd like people to keep in mind the pictures of how disgusting the downstairs men's bathroom, And the upstairs showers are... knowing there's NO WAY build up like that occurs in a couple of days... and remember FOOD IS SERVED IN THIS PLACE !! Amd I assure you from what I've seen of the dennys and burger King behind the counter arra, it's just as dirty..The outside picture is from the back door of the burger King

Had a breakfast sandwich at burger King absolutely terrible service. Won't ever go back.

The place is supposed to be open 24 hours. You have to call a phone number to get the door answered. There is no coffee available between midnight and 6 am. The inside of the building is extremely dirty and I felt even dirtier after I washed up. At 7:10 in the evening every garbage can was full inside and outside. The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Paper everywhere dirt on the floors the sinks were filthy.Burger King had one of their workers sitting on the counter where they give you your food chatting in their language with the Pizza Hut next door while a customer stood in line waiting to be served. This place is a joke. A real waste of time to go to.
