I brought in 5 watches for battery changes, one watch was returned with the pinSliding out, a second the battery wasn't even changed. I paid for 5 plus a $20Tip only to get home and see the service.Friendly, quick and convenient though of that helps?

Had my wifes ring brought in to have 3 stones removed in which I thought were worthless and have 3 more added in their place as birth gems. Was on a time crunch with a long weekend approaching and he they pulled through. The 3 stones that were removed that was supposedly not real turned out to be Blue diamonds. They are not only amazing at their job they are honest as well. Great job guys. Got my business from now on.
