Sturgeonfalls dairy queen has come a long way since opening and has improved a lot.The staff is always friendly and bubbly here and make it a habit to get to know you when you are a regular.We only had an issue once and the manager dealt with it immediately and was very kind.Most of the reviews from this place are from when they first opened and where still training their staff so don't let that get to you and give them a chance.Also really loved my birthday icecream cake from you guys, you tried very hard to make it everything my mom explained and it was wholesome and perfect in my opinionI'm sorry that some people are so judgemental towards you all, keep improving and keep trying your best :)

Great service, however if you're selling cakes you should have staff on hand that are able to properly write on the cakes. Was very disappointed with it and it's not the staff's fault. Owner should look into it.

Would give 5 stars if i went there more. My favorite was the gentleman who served me and my daughter was excellent. He heard she what she wanted but couldn't decide on the combination. This wizard went to ths back wipped up a bilzzard, that was awesome!! The man knew his ice cream.

Awesome place, friendly and patient staff, great food. Seems clean. They don't have massive burger patties but they aren't tiny either. Bang for buck ration would be just above fair (7/10).Smoothies/shakes are pricey, but worth it. Staff was able to help guide me towards a peanut free option. Unbeknownst to me, some cones containing nuts are dipped into the chocolate contaminating the chocolate. Probably would have had a reaction in the car if it wasn't for their professional staff, thank you!!

I Ordered A Medium Cookie Dough Blizzard. Served By Summer: Best Worker Ever. Flipped Blizzard Three Times Which Gave Extra Taste. Good Service. Best Blizzard.
