I'm still waiting for technician to come and fix my dishwasher. I've received an email saying that the parts have been received and schedule an appointment online, but no appointments available until now. I used chat service and called them. They don't know when will be an appointment available. First email received on October 30 and still waiting to schedule an appointment on December 15. Very poor administration. I don't how they got 4.6 rating with a service like this.
