They will try to steel from you, they will say it's a mistake but if you don't advised them they will tell you that you are in the wrong and what not. They will make you feel like you are nothing and worthless

Fast and efficient manner

This has got to be the worst bank ever! This was my first bank as a teenager, but after having my account frozen multiple times for NO GOOD REASON, and paying fees that are 3 times that of another bank, I switched a long time ago. My wife still had an account with them until I finally convinced her to switch. They were charging her over $30 a month in fees for barely even using her account! And whenever you are not a customer and use the ATMs, they charge $3.00, when EVERY other institution only charges half that!There is absolutely no excuse for these high fees when the majority of transactions are computerized and automated, and no other bank has fees this high.Garbage!

Worse bank ever. Nobody knows what theyre doing. They just hire anybody as bankers and financial people

This is the absolute worst bank a person could have. Years ago when I was 15 years old working at McDonald's they used to charge me to cash my check. I'm so glad I don't bank with these guys. Any other bank is much better than this corrupt place. They hate their customers so much. They charge you to go see them. Fast forward 15 years and they still have the worst reputation amongst all the banks Canadians could have. The only reason this place is still running is because somehow people think it's patriotic to go there if you're Acadian.
