Yan and his Team looked after the install of a complete new Bryant Furnace and AC system for my elderly parents. They are thoughtful and considerate of our home. It took 10 minutes for a Titley technician to show up to my place after I call during the week end (during the heat wave) to fix my air conditioning. Very polite, professionel and honnest. You can not go wrong with them.I wish i could give 6 stars. Merci à Titley Mechanical !

Our home A/C wasn't blowing any cold air this morning (06 Jul and one of the hottest days of the year!). We contacted friends to see if they could recommend anyone to help us in our quest to have the A/C fixed. They referred us to Titley Mechanical. My wife called and spoke to Yan shortly before 11:00 a.m. Yan informed my wife that he would come to our home by mid afternoon.Yan showed up at our home at approximately 4:00 p.m. Within a very short time, he had diagnosed a faulty capacitor as the problem. He quoted us a price for the part and an hour's labour. After replacing the faulty part, Yan informed us that the unit could use a good cleaning. He washed the A/C unit as part of the service call. He further ensured that the A/C unit was blowing cold air before he left our home.We were extremely impressed with Yan's honesty, integrity and prompt service. We learned that Titley also provides other HVAC services that we will be contacting them for later this year and in the new year.We have no hesitation or reservations about recommending Titley Mechanical Inc. We will be using them for our heating and cooling needs as the situation dictates.

Yan came to our home and immediately could see what problems we had and how to fix them. He gave us a quote on a new Bryant furnace and air conditioner below a well know competitors price and also included a number of other fixes. He and his team showed up on time, they were clean and organized; it was apparent they were experts. Very friendly with expert knowledge. Yan and Phil exceeded my expectations at every step. After a flood I had to replace a hot water tank and a furnace.....the hot water tank in a hurry. Yan gave me a fair price, and when I thought I would have to wait a few days, he called to say I could have it same day. Phil outdid himself working in a low cellar, with a great smile and not a hint of a complaint. I am thankful for these professionals.
