Many thanks to David and his crew for the modification to our Gazebo Screens for the safety of our senior residents. Such awesome Customer Service to choice of design and installation to ensure we were completely satisfied. It was really wonderful to work with such accommodating people.

I contacted Barrie Tent & Awning about a problem with my residential awning (June 17, 2020). As the awning was made by a company that was now closed, they couldn't guarantee that they could fix it but would speak with their installers to see what they could do. The installers came to the house within 2 days and were able to fix the awning!!! And for just the cost of a service call. AWESOME!! I am so impressed with the service provided by Barrie Tent & Awning Team. Would definitely call them again and highly recommend them.

We recently moved into a home and had awnings without a remote. I contacted them and within days of the call and daily communication with David, we have awnings that are now programmed to our existing indoor blind remote! The installers that came to the house were awesome too! It's really great to be in a new area where the service is timely and the people are so nice. Thank you again.

A bad windstorm ripped the awning right off the fastening to my tentcamper! Barrie Tent and Awning was able to repair where the awning had been ripped from the fastening to the tentcamper very quickly for a very reasonable price.

Very helpful, they know perfectly what they are doing and the material they use is extremely strong. We live on the lake with strong westerly winds and this is perfect. Sales team was great, thanks Jason and the installing team. Will recommend to anyone who wants to know about your work.

Very responsive with respect to our quotation. We accepted and arranged an installation date. The guys arrived on time. Unfortunately the fabric was not wide enough. The guys apologized and indicated they would get it looked after. Another installation appointment was booked and once again the guys arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job of completing the installation. Although there was a problem on the original installation, it was resolved in a professional manner. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone with an awning requirement.
