Started out fine as our insurance company referred them. An estimator came out and assessed damage in April. It is now past the middle of July and no show. We have repeatedly called to see about a time frame to get the work done. Still no show… and worse no return calls! Once they gave a date for their stucco guy to come, but never showed up and didn’t phone to let us know what’s up. Unbelievable!!!! If you can find someone else… do so!!!

Well, they started out right by sending someone to assess the damage. I was given great advice on a Thursday and told that an estimate for the cost of repairs would be in my inbox early next week". It's been almost four weeks and I've heard nothing so.....going with the other guys. Your call."

Total incompetence with this company. Poor communication, more miss than hit with timeframe and showing up when they say. Little to no organization. Don't know how this company is still in business.

Haven't had any work done yet, but had an estimator come and have a look and I like what I see. They were able to come the day after I called, the estimator showed up exactly on time and was great to deal with. First company I've seen use a laser to estimate some of the distances. Took plenty of photos of the key areas. Provided a business card before departing and I expect to receive a quote soon.
