Unfortunately cracked the screen of my Samsung mobile. Samsung could not fix it for at least a couple of weeks so I tried Pocket Geek. They were polite and very helpful, explaining what the replacement process involved. They price matched Samsung; fortunately they even had the exact replacement screen in stock, so I popped over and had my phone fixed and working as new, all within a couple of hours. Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service. My phone had bricked itself and I wasn't sure what had happened. The guy suspected it was completely dead, but ran multiple checks to be sure, though warning me I might have to get a new phone. When I ended up getting a new phone he patiently walked me through the whole process, and wrote down how to restore an online backup for me. Wonderful service, cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

I went in another shop before I got here but was put off by seemingly disinterested staff.What a difference here. The guy was super friendly and knowledgable.Battery swap took less than an hour, and was in perfect condition when I collected it. Great price and I even got a free microfibre case!Genuine and friendly staff, would highly recommend.Thank you!
