RBC Royal Bank

Its ok as a neighborhood branch. It provides service in the language of the immigrant communities of people who live here, like my parents who speak Greek and are far more comfortable in speaking it. However, when someone goes for a replacement card cause they lost their cards and waiting for a new one, the old lady stated in shock, this is your 17th issue??? Be careful they are going to start charging people like you. I should have said many things that day, but anyone logical can fill in a blank to respond to such a rediculous comment. But that kind of attitude or freedom to say a little comment seems to be recurring. The FA are nice, except one ... But that's another story

The staff is great, management is amazing ! The GM Sylvie is a gem! Reena the service manager is awesome! Because of these 2 woman I keep my business at RBC. Let's not also forget the clerks. They always smile and try to help as much as they can.

Very disappointed in this branch. The tellers lack knowledge and rather than verifying the information first, they directly make up the answer. Very disappointed…

Although wait time is long. I appreciate the employees asking if we need help while we wait. Great service !Thank you

Always EXCELLANT service and amazing staff! Thank you!!!For those who rated low because of slow service, shame on you. This is not a fast food restaurant. These people are dealing with people's money. After my father's death, they respectfully did everything in their power to make any transaction and paperwork required go smoothly for me. Just this Saturday one of the clerks went out of her way to help me with a last minute transaction.So for those who hate to wait for good service..maybe it's not the bankMaybe it's YOU. My father was a loyal customer and will continue to do so as well.Thank you again to all the staff.

Worst branch ever, can you imagine they don't have cash at the teller? they ask you to go to the ATM machine. What kind of bank this is?

Waited for some timeTeller was great did her job and verified that's funds were available. Management Sylvie de Côté said they don't have the funds. Wasted my time there. Went to another RBC branch and got the funds I needed. Love the Chomedey and Vimont Branches they make people's life easy and don't waste their customers time. No wonder this branch has low reviews. I talked to 3 people's out of those three only one person decided not to help me.

Terrible service!!! Incompetent and unknowledgeable staff.I had to speak to two different tellers who told me the service I was requesting was not offered or available at their branch. They were rude, did not bother verifying their information with their manager despite being clueless, and gave me false answers. Only after speaking to the manager, who was also not the most helpful, I was able to get what I needed done. Very disappointed.Now I understand why you have bad ratings...

This one is my branch but I NEVER go anymore because its the slowest bank in all of montreal laval area, the staff is nice but to freakin slow its disgusting they walk slow they talk slow they act slow ,each time I went its at least 30 minutes of wait.. and whoever is saying its a good bank obviously has never been to another one...
