I and my friend received the absolute best customer service from Eric. He was very attentative to my needs and answered my questions without hesitation. He even offered information that we didn't even know existed. I apologized for his English, but it wasn't necessary. I'm not French, and I had no problem understanding him. We wasted time going to other stores. Eric gave me what I needed and at a bargain. Thanks alot Eric!

Always a good experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always with good advice. The prices are great too. So far, everything we bought there turned out perfect for us. We bought a fridge and a set of laundry washer+dryer. Everything works great. Currently waiting on a dishwasher. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent service from salesman, very professional who explained the appliances to my wife in English which was important to her. Delivery was on time and team was very courteous. Appreciated the automated calls before the delivery.
