IKEA Kelowna Collection Point

Not actually the collection point. Please don't go here.

Staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long to get my order. The signage isn't very good though which you can tell is an ongoing issue, the business connected to it has a sign posted on the door giving directions to the Ikea loading bay.

You would think IKEA could give these guys some better signage and a new banner...also the policy of not allowing a forklift to move one inch outside the building will make me think twice about ordering from IKEA...on a positive vey little damage

Not a terrible experience but not great for several reasons.There's no way to contact the collection point.Ikea's shipping estimates are super bad.Very little recourse for issues that pop up.

They provide a much appreciated service since there is no IKEA locally. They could really use better signage though. It is basically a door to a warehouse and not much else

Only gave a small portion of our order despite us saying we had ordered alot more than just a couple items. It also gives an order summary using the order number we gave but I guess that doesn't matter? We ended up driving down the street and doing our own inventory of what they gave us vs what our invoice said and we found we were missing about 90% of it. We went back and showed the guy our invoice again and he came back with the rest of our order and said oops

This is no longer the collection point, this listing should be closed. ALSO note: The address that Ikea email generates for the new collection point IS WRONG. Correct address is Unit 140 - 230 Beaver Lake COURT, not Road. You drive on Beaver Lake Road to get there, but then have to take a left turn onto Beaver Lake Court. I will add that there is ZERO signage at the collection point except for a piece of paper on the door that you must be right in from the of the door to read (letterhead size).

The collection point was great but nothing about ordering from ikea was even worth a single star. I seriously think an executive at ikea is secretly trying to sabotage the company! Zero common sense!

Any review mentioning Habitat for Humanity Restore is no longer relevant. The new location is still a minor inconvenience to get to depending on which direction you’re coming from, but ONLY because of some Google routing issues in that area.The only direction you can access Totom Ave is via Hwy 97 South (I know this as a result of a wild goose chase). Google maps will then tell you to turn right onto Totom Ave by Kal Tire, but is actually sign-posted as Loyd Rd from the Hwy. Loyd Rd is the little side road that runs parallel with the Hwy, infront of Kal Tire. You’ll want to slow down at this point, as the junction for Loyd & Totom is concealed after a corner, on the right hand side. The Collection Point is then all the way to the end, and clearly marked with a big red sign and flag.Due to all this chasing of wild geese, I ended up arriving long after the 4pm close time (4:40ish) but luckily the guys were still there and I was able to collect my order.

We ordered a brand new kitchen to the Kelowna collection pick up. Easy process to pick up items and was quick from order date. Really miss shopping at Coquitlam Ikea directly (just moved from Vancouver region) so this now is next best thing. YAY IKEA for meeting needs of consumers across Canada.
