Therefore every moment was captured, and multiple vantage points were achieved. Ryan & Erika quickly became an important aspect of our wedding experience. From our casual engagement shoot at the cottage to the actual wedding day, every detail was captured with creativity and style. Their positive and humorous personalities allowed us to feel comfortable and natural during the shoots.We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Thousands of photos were taken, and I have to say I pretty much love them all! Even the goofy candid’s.We would absolutely recommend Rowell Photography for any special event requiring unique, creative, and professional photography.

When planning my wedding like most brides I was going crazy on Pinterest. In my search I continued to pin the same stunning photo’s as Rowell. Finally one day I looked a Rowell’s board and discovered they were photographers and I could not get over they were from Ontario after loving all their photos from around the world. I quickly contacted them once we started booking our vendors and made sure we booked our wedding around their availability. I first spoke with Erika on the phone and right away I knew that Craig and I would love working with them and their artistic style of capturing couples beauty in a natural landscape. Once we booked with Erika and Ryan they were so helpful in planning our wedding. They provided lots of vendors they had worked with and it made planning our wedding simple. They even recommended we looked at Deerhurst as our venue for our Muskoka wedding after understanding our vision for our wedding weekend. Throughout the year of planning our wedding they responded quickly to all my emails, questions and ideas. Working with the Rowell team made our wedding planning experience enjoyable. I highly recommend the engagement session with any photographer. Craig and I were nervous about doing a photo shoot together and the engagement session made us feel comfortable and ready for our wedding day. On the day of our wedding Erika and Ryan felt more like 2 friends taking our photos who made us feel excited, relaxed and confident they would capture our special day with everlasting photos. My favorite wedding day touch was the few polaroid photos Rowell gave us as a preview to how stunning our wedding photos had turned out. After our wedding Craig and I are were so enthusiastic to get our wedding photos and the photo booth pictures from Rowell. The photos that Erika and Ryan took were stunning, beautiful and enchanting. We have so many perfect photos we don’t know which ones to pick to hang on our walls. We are so grateful that Rowell captured the beauty of Muskoka that inspires us as a couple and our love for each other in the most natural gorgeous photos we have ever seen. Our wedding photos will last us a life time to remember how special our wedding day was and how mother nature gave us the prefect day to celebrate with our friends family and each other. We cannot wait to give our families and friends copies of photos of them at our wedding for them to enjoy how beautiful they looked. My only regret was not ensuring everyone got photos at the photo booth. The quality of photo’s are perfect and one of the best keepsakes to see how much fun our guest had on our special day.Thank youJoy and Craig

Ryan charges twice the price and provides 5 edited photos unless you pay more (above the $5k +). The photos taken are amateur and he reneged on our original agreement. We have about one or two good shots from our wedding despite hundreds of photos. He was cold to work with and rigid.

Rowell photography made my wedding experience very special!My husband and I planned our small wedding in Bermuda and Erika and Ryan were on board right away to help us in anyway possible.As well as taking amazing photos, they were there to support us through the entire experience.The photos are beautiful and our family and friends will cherish them forever!

I got married two weekends ago, and I honestly cannot stop talking about how amazing Ryan and Luca were! Wow. I do believe I found the best photographer in Ontario to capture the most amazing day. I discovered Rowell Photography last spring when I was looking for photographers who had photographed weddings in the Muskoka/Gravenhurst area, as I was hoping to find a photographer familiar with my particular wedding venue. It was during this process that I stumbled upon Rowell Photography ... and was blown away by the work that they had done. Their work was truly a cut-above anything I had seen. And, more importantly, my husband and I knew that the only thing you really get to take away from your wedding at the end of the day are the photographs (since even memories fade ... but not if you have beautiful photos of them!). Erika and Ryan are not only extremely talented photographers, they are true professionals (and nice people!). They work very hard to help you get not only the best wedding photos, but the best engagement photos (they planned an entire trip to Niagara for us!), the best wedding album, and the best wedding experience you can hope for. I have so many beautiful wedding and engagement photos to look at and am constantly complimented by friends and loved ones about their work. Wonderful photographers...Wonderful people... The best investment you could make for your wedding!
