She was quick to respond to my appointment request and get both Peach and Kiwi in!Kiwi is still a baby so he was full of energy, but she was super accommodating.I was really impressed with her cute shop and highly recommend! We had a great first experience with Sam. She took great care of our 6.5 month old golden retriever puppy and it was his first time at the groomers. He didn’t want to leave he was enjoying himself so much! He smells fantastic, his coat is so soft, and it was a great introduction to a lifelong love of grooming for him. This is also a great location along Barton Street, very convenient. Thanks again!

My dog was afraid of every groomer he went to. He has been coming here now for a year and he is a different dog! They took the time to book him in so he would be alone in the shop and now he goes happily to Sam and has no issues with any other dogs being there. I recommend this place to anyone I meet that mentions they are looking for a groomer.

My dog Bob is very anxious at the groomer. We bring him in occasionally for a nail trim and ear cleaning. The staff at Black Dog always make an excellent effort to keep him calm. It's worth it as opposed to clipping his nails myself. Thanks!
