Amazing dairy free options. Went the extra mile to wash the spoon due to an allergy for my child. The employees both checked the spoon was cleaned. They were so good with all of the kids. Happy, excited, hard working, organized.

I recently visited this ice cream store with a remarkable 4.8 Google review rating, and it was absolutely worth it. The highlight of my visit was the homemade waffle cones they made on-site, which were simply amazing. The aroma of freshly baked waffle cones filled the air, and when combined with the high-quality ice cream, it created a heavenly treat.Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the overall vibe of the location was also fantastic. The store had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat. The staff members were friendly and attentive, adding to the enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this ice cream store to anyone in search of delightful flavors and a memorable ice cream adventure.

AMAZING!!! What an incredible variety of delicious icecreams - vegan and gluten-free included! The gluten free cone was the first I'd ever had. It was fragile, but delicious - with a distinct cinnamon flavour. Beautiful decor and excellent service. Sweet Scoops is a must visit if you are in Elmira. (HINT: if you want to try more than one flavour, but don't want to overdo it, order the kids double scoop!)

Service was excellent and the ice cream is delicious. I had a chocolate brownie milkshake and my husband had a gluten free dairy free cookies and cream ice cream and we both loved them. They will soon have gluten free cones too! So we'll be back next week to try those out :)Edit: we were finally able to get the gluten free cones and were not disapointed. As I write this my husband is eating his vegan ice cream in a gluten free cone and has a smile from ear to ear. 100% recommended! :)
