Vout's Denture Centre

I have been a patient of Vout's Denture Centre for many years and have always received the utmost care and attention. I recently had a new upper denture made. The previous one, also made at Vout's, was nineteen years old. Everything about the centre was a very positive experience. Shelley at the desk was very friendly, and helpful. She was very professional and caring to my needs. Michael Vout provided me with another denture that is well made and looks very natural. Many have commented they didn't know I had a denture. Michael listened to my sensitivities and adjusted my denture until it was comfortable in my mouth. He is a very knowledgable and caring professional. I would recommend Vout's Denture Centre to anyone.

Wouldn't ever go to anyone else besides Micheal Vout's. He does such a great job!

The pain I have had to endure since getting dentures from this place is ridiculous. Been wearing dentures for 35+ years and these are the most amateurish set I've had to date. Never have I needed to use glue but cannot go without glue with these pieces of junk. It's not because they are loose it's due to the fact they are formed to the shape of my mouth. I've had them adjusted several times still awful. At one point the top plate had wings on it pushing up into my eye. Not only that but the teeth on the bottom plate are below my tongue and is very painful all the time. There is also no room for my tongue. What a waste of $2,200+. Am going to Toronto for a new set as there isn't a decent denturist in the area.

Worst denturist in the area. First they messed up the quote to my insurance and in doing so my insurance company denied me coverage because they didn’t have the correct teeth in my estimate. Once I got them to correctly submit my estimate it was then approved. Over the phone staff kept cutting me off while trying to speak with them over the issue, so I asked for that to stop. They wouldn’t admit to messing up my quote, which could have cost me my new teeth and even more delays. The next day when I called to inquire about one more thing, they decided they didn’t want me as a client and told me to go elsewhere after all said and done. They completely wasted a months worth of paperwork and time. I learned later that the denturist had to hire all new staff prior to my first visit, which has raised many red flags for me now that I’ve learnt this. Doesn’t surprise me one bit. Horrible people, horrible staff. They need a big awakening. Do not go to them, you’ll regret it.

I got my two partials back in 2015, after less than a year the top one broke. I had it fixed less than a month later the same piece broke again. Got it fixed again. Then today with partials that are 3 1/2 years old I got a big crack in my upper one. I have been wearing partials for 40 years, my first one lasted me 16 years, my second one 20 years and then this one :(. I will probably end up having brand new ones made but not at Vout's Denture Centre for sure. I am so disappointed in their work.

I had an amazing experience with vouts and they did an amazing job with making my dentures they are perfect for my tiny mouth even though they feel big rn it’s only been 3 days since I’ve gotten 18 extractions and my dentures put in, after my extractions the dentist who did my extractions had no idea how to help me put the dentures in and they wondered why I chose to go through vouts instead of them and it’s because they are professionals at Vouts I went straight there after surgery because I couldn’t get my bottom in and they fit me in their busy schedule with no appt:) Thanks to these beautiful souls I can smile again it’s been 8 years since I’ve smiled and looked in my mouth I litterly have the cutest dentures ever lol usually they scare me and mine don’t I think they did an amazing job with making my dentures I’ve gotten many many compliments from people saying how beautiful they are even though my face is swollen and bruised from the extractions so I feel like a horse atm but if you need dentures go to Vouts dentures for your dentures they are very kind and non judgemental and I am very happy I chose Vouts instead of going through my dentist :)
