Clairhurst X-ray and Ultrasound Clinic

I've been to this location for 4 ultrasounds (all different body parts or medical reasons) and have found them consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating.Let's also not forget this office is in the basement and the staff are still really nice! That is mad professional. Thank you ultrasound techs for working in these conditions and still providing good service.

Feb 2022.visited for a walk in xray, in and out in 15 min! efficient receptionist, friendly xray technician. electronic pdf requisitions accepted, you can email them on the spot, and wifi is available for you to email.I had crutches and was worried about accessing the lower level but thankfully there is an elevator right inside the building front entrance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The clinic is in the basement but there is an elevator that can bring you there. They called me the moment my x-ray requisition came in from the doctor and there was no wait when I went in for my scans. It's also about 30 steps from the streetcar and a minute or two walk from the subway. There is Green P Parking across the street.

Everyone is friendly, caring, and professionalFrom the receptionist to the ultrasound technician and xray technician.all the exams were trough. Even though I went there with so much pain I had a great experience with them

October 13, 2021Adding once again as I had to take my mother back for a follow-up xray. Today, Regan handled the situation with professionalism and was so gentle with my mother who is cognitively impaired and very exasperating. Jocelyn who works at the desk also helped. They are really like a family. I have never seen anyone in the field who has such patience and ability to work with the elderly.This was our second attempt that day as I had booked one closer to a family member so they could pick us up at Yonge and St. Clair. In comparison, this x-ray place had staff who were so rude and unprofessional -- after knowing my mother was 98 years old from a previous call, the technician there said they could not serve the elderly as they did not have a swivel chair for arm x-rays!!! Thank goodness for Clairhurst and Regan!!!!Just adding that I was there on Monday - got the same great customer service and care for x-rays. Regan is very kind and motivated when it comes to those who are frail. My mother was very difficult to work withbut he persisted so he could get the best x-rays. Jade and Jocelyn on Reception also help a great deal and it is a wonderful team.This post here was the last time I took my mother some months ago.Today I took my mother in her late 90's to get x-rays of her leg at Clairhurst. We have used them for years.. She was a terrible patient and it was very frustrating as she did not listen. Regan

Not everyday that I can say I had a great experience with all the workers here from the moment I booked my appt to the end of the test. The administration was so kind and friendly and the technician was super sweet and gentle, despite my nervousness.Also they kindly noticed me that they were running a bit behind schedule, but were only about 8 minutes late!! I wish all medical offices ran like this!!!

Excellent experience, I had both an xray and ultrasound done and was happy with both experiences. They are helpful and polite, they even let me switch an appointment last minute with my sister so she could get a rush ultrasound. Really recommend this place.

I came in for an ultrasound shortly after having my blood drawn across the street. Towards the end of my appointment I began to feel a bit uncomfortable and nauseated from leaning forward for too long. When I stood up to leave, I started to feel disoriented and nearly passed out. Everyone present immediately made sure I was okay. The ultrasound technician was very comforting and she quickly brought me water and elevated a bed for me to lie down in. I felt very well looked after. The front staff were also very friendly.

I just got a very lucky x-ray here, front desk Jocelyn is really helpful. what a nice smile when you see she say hi. and Dr. Reagan is very professional gentleman. x-ray room is his stage. and he control and enjoy his expert job. thank you all.

I have been to Clairhurst Xray and Ultrasound for various procedures more than 5 times and I have never had any cause to complain. Reasonable wait time is expected, especially in a clinic like this. I was a chief technician in a large hospital many years ago, and I know how a large (or small) department should operate, and Clairhust does a very fine job. The staff is friendly, efficient and try their best to make the patient's visit as pleasant as possible.
