First time out to this particular LCBO as they had a wine I was looking for. Friendly helpful staff! If it weren't so out of my way I would make it my go-to as their set up and stock seemed better than most stores.

Had to wait 20 minutes to buy a bottle of champagne. Not because it took a long time to find the key to the case, but because someone had to carry it to the cash and then no one could find it. Pretty mickey mouse if you ask me. A $400 bottle of Armand de Brignac and it was a ghetto experience. Another reason why liquor sales in Ontario should be privatized.

I just witnessed an employee of this lcbo yell and berate a homeless man standing out on the street. The homeless man was not bothering anyone, just standing with a sign that explained his situation. The employee was yelling at him from a small black car. I’ve seen this same guy ordering the staff around making all the other staff miserable. This guy taints the entire experience of the store and I hope he gets fired.

“Christopher” the manager has serious anger issues and judges people as he feels. He removed his he nicest person who used to sit way away from his store and lied about complaints about that person. I saw it and human rights tribunalIs coming.
