Save yourself the hassle and don’t hire this company

I keep asking for their business license and business insurance.So far I have not seen proof that they have a current business licence or business insurance.MFS Property Service is a slumlords best friend.Every quote they have submitted has been excessive.One quote was for a $12,000 generator and they approved a quote for an unnamed generator costing 31,200. When they quoted the air conditioner I was able to get a company to provide the exact same air conditioner at $1500 less. I recently had one of the staff from MS F property services removed from the property by the police as she had tried to cause a verbal argument. All I was trying to do at the time was point out to a building inspector the extreme danger of having a set of stairs lining up with a garage door and only 3 feet separating the steps from the door. If left as it is somebody will be injured. If any person would like to speak to me directly I would be glad to show you all of the items that have been either neglected or are dangerous on our property that the property manager has either permitted to remain or simply turned a blind eye to. Once again I cannot express strongly enough to avoid this company as they will not protect your loved ones instead they are very corrupt and greedy and was simply cost more than they're worth.This was installed by MFS its gutter guard an when I inspected the work I found sections missingThis is what happens when MFS forces the disabled to breathe mould for years

MFS is a great company filled with many hard working and intelligent individuals from the top down. I've had the pleasure of getting to know many of them personally and have nothing but good things to say.

Would add zero stars if I could. Left a fraudulent notice taped to my front door. This company is a scam.
