Worst serviceTeam don’t know the path forward if your application is stuck between SsA and DHS.They keep saying we have to wait.No information provided to new folks about SAVE program where one can check his/ her application status.

I am not able to make an appointment online or on the phone no one has returned my call it's been a month and I think this is so awful very frustrating trying to apply for my social security benefits. What's the purpose of applying online when you can't even complete your application due to some kind of error then call someone to call you back within a couple of weeks that hasn't happened yet

Had to come in 3x to change my last name on my SS card because each time they required a different document and wouldn't accept the one each person previously asked for. 1 person gets seen per hour. The workers are friendly enough, the white security guard was a complete jerk and condescending. SDE for sure. Had to pay for parking.
