As a devoted pet owner, I expected a certain level of professionalism, compassion, and quality care for our beloved dog. Regrettably, my interactions with this animal hospital proved to be a profound disappointment, with apathetic staff, a lack of care for our dog, and a staggering level of unprofessionalism.Our dog fell ill and was in need of diagnostic testing. Regrettably, the communication regarding the test results was abysmal. Despite repeated inquiries and requests for updates, the hospital failed to convey the results promptly, leaving us in a state of constant worry and uncertainty. The receptionist's rude and apathetic attitude further compounded our frustration. This lack of urgency and disregard for timely communication demonstrates a profound lack of respect for both the pet and their concerned owner.To exacerbate the situation, our dog remained untreated during this prolonged period of uncertainty and continued to decline. It is unfathomable that a veterinary facility, entrusted with the well-being of animals, could exhibit such a callous disregard for providing timely treatment and relief from suffering.As a responsible pet owner, I urge others to consider alternative options for their animal's healthcare needs. It is crucial to entrust our pets to an establishment that genuinely cares and provides the necessary professionalism and compassion they deserve. Unfortunately, this place fell significantly short of these expectations.

We moved from Toronto and so far I have not been disappointed with the animal hospital here in summerside. I feel safe knowing they will do their best to look after my baby.

I’ve had my pet friend for 14 yrs and she’s been sick it’s cheaper to put her down and move on but she’s more then that they have no payment plan for creamation

Great staff and definitely love their jobs and your pet, welcomed our dog and us as new owners.

Updated as I didn’t have the best experience with my dog. I don’t know the vets name as it was I believe my first time with him. He wasn’t the greatest. The girls who are my cats vet though is amazing.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place, do not ever bring your pets here if you care about them! They only care about the money, not the animal!Nobody knows how to communicate!They wouldnt do anything for my cat that got sick, unless we paid upfront!

Staff is really great here and they got me in for an appointment really quickly.

First time visiting this office. They took good care of my dog. Shots didn't bother him, and they got him to cooperate with a nail trim. Good visit. We will return.

I have been to multiple vets across Canada over the years. This is by far the worst. I fully understand that being a vet is a very challenging position, but please do not become one if your heart is not in it. If you care for your animals, stay clear of this place.
