Horrible experience! Unprofessional, rude, condescending and over rated and ZERO CREATIVITY. I cannot even begin to tell you everything that Suzie did to make my husband and I regret the moment we chose her to do our wedding. Firstly, the engagement photo shoot- she explained its a great opportunities for her to get to know the couple. I told her no park's... all she did was push park's on us. I found the location for the engagement shoot where we were rushed (first red flag). There was no creativity, charisma, or finess in her manner. She took the standard pics nothing more... but at this point she's already got half of the 6500$ she charged us. At the wedding we paid to have someone greet our guests and take their pic b4 entering the hall. They were to be framed & given to guests. This didn't happen. She blamed the hall for not providing ropes... she never asked the hall for them. The 1200 pics she provided were really more like 400- 500 bcz there are so many doubles- only difference ones more bluish the other more Grey. Oh yeah and she had forgotten to give us half the photos bcz they were on another USB drive but my husband remembers they had taken photos with umbrellas (his idea not suzies) and she conveniently forgot to give them to us. My wedding day snapped at me bcz I wanted to take pics with my dogs, yelled at my in-laws and took us to the old port where we took uninspired pics near columns. Every pic I have a Qc/ Canada flag behind my head. At the hall she was no where to be found... I don't even have a decent picture of my first dance. At the end of the night she even had the nerve to try to walk off with the frames that the guests pics were supposed to go in as gifts, I can only imagine to hide her mistake of not providingmy guests with the gift we intended them to get... In addition the video quality was horrible, shaky and unsteady. U might think this is a bride scorn but I'm beside myself at how much 1 person can ruin something so precious. She also photoshopped one of my pics to the point it doesn't even look like me. Thank goodness I have great friends and family that took amazing pictures bcz my Hired Professional Photographer couldn't get the job done. Sorry but the truth needs to be told and honestly Suzie should be ashamed at the fact that she messed up so much on my wedding. BTW when confronted all we got was finger pointing at the venue who I may added at close personal friends and we'd nothing but accommodating, excuses and BS. She did not apologize once nor did she offer us a rebate for the service we did not receive. And her sniper" photographer well.... what can I say.... I didn't see anything sniper about my pics. Unless u call the 1 at the end of my church service when half my guests were gone a great sniper moment! All in all save ur money find someone else... don't believe what she shows u in her books bcz it's not what ur going to get. She's a liar

Omega Photo was amazing for my 2 events! I used them the first time in May 2015 for a big family event. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and timely service was a breath of fresh air. I was so happy with my pictures and video that I booked them again for another big family event in 2018! Once again they blew us away with their ideas and service. The pictures came out amazing and the video is so fun to watch, their fresh ideas were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book photographers & videographers with expert experience but at a reasonable price.

Suzie’s team is just incredible. I hired her for my wedding and honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice. From A to Z, she knows how to make you feel comfortable, she figures the right angles to catch the best moments and she is very attentive to her clients. Ultimately, Suzie gives her 200% to deliver unforgettable memories and impeccable and unique product.

We used Omega more than once for family celebrations and were blown away both times. We were so happy with the photos, album & video the first time that we didn't hesitate to contact them again a few years later for another event. Both times they understood exactly what we wanted after meeting with us and listening to our ideas. They captured exactly what we wanted both times! I used Omega last year and was very happy with their service and attention to detail. Despite the fact that they were in the midst of renovations they produced a video for my guests that was movie quality and blew everyone away. No doubt about it, they are were great to work with and they delivered an excellent product.

I had George and Suzi as my wedding videographers and my sons baptism photographers and would not have chosen anyone else. They are super down to earth , have experience, and a great ear as to what we want . I loved having Suzi as my photographer, she is responsive when it comes to my requests, even if my event is over id give her a call weeks even months later and she is there to help me with my requests and ideas. They are extremely fair in pricing and photo edits look super real!Thank you guys for everything, until the next event! :)

My husband and I had a very small wedding (10 people including ourselves due to the pandemic) and Suzie was absolutely amazing! The photos came out perfect, the videography was amazing, and her team did such an amazing job at making the photos look like more people attended. For all the family members that couldn't be there because of the pandemic, still got to live vicariously through the video and photos! Thank you for giving us and our family the best experience and most amazing memories despite the pandemic!
