So this location is great, the staff are nice and took good care of me. The call centre is the issue, they don’t listen or care to get the order right. If you had an issue with your order, it’s likely because the call centre entered it wrong, and there’s no holding them accountable. If you’re going to order from pizza hotline, go in in person to place the order; don’t bother with the call centre.

I'd like to put 5 stars because I'm a big fan of Pizza Hotline and order from them since quite a while now. But, I feel not comfortable being welcomed by a guy that doesn't even wear a mask and make his employees working under stress. I don't know why HE should have the privilege working without mask while the employees have to wear it completely.This is unfair, I'm not gonna come back to this location until things change

Wow, they aren't kidding when the website says the pizza will be ready in 10 minutes!!! Pizza was hot and delicious. I always add well done, thin crust and extra sauce to the order and I'm always pleased. Don't forget to tip fellow Winnipeger!!!

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I bought pizza, and it was the most delicious pizza I have ever had. Everything about it was perfect. The crust was incredibly tasty and moist, not dry at all. I have never been a fan of pizza crusts, but here I devoured every last bite. The toppings were also incredibly delicious. The cheese was creamy and light, the pineapples were fresh, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The sauce was fantastic as well. From now on, we will only be getting pizza from this place.

Not what it was. Very poor service, all the tables were dirty. I had to ask for a rag and cleaned up our table. One person in our group ordered a pizza and asked for no hot peppers and got hot peppers, when she mentioned it to the staff she was told to just pick them off. My pizza was very good. It would be great if you could get a plate, instead of eating off of a napkin.

Tasty food and cozy place. I've just paid $6.99 for their signature pizza. It's around 12 inches diameter and you need to go there between 2pm and 5pm to get this discount I guess. Their regular price is $12.

What an amazing lunch. My wife and I went in for lunch. We chose to build our own pizza. It was hand tossed and then top with the sauce and toppings we wanted and cooked to perfection and ready in minutes. I can't recommend it higher for the value we received.

Don't get the salads, too small and overpriced.We ordered for my youngest son's birthday 4 pizza and one gluten free plus two family size salads(Cesar and Greek) . Everyone enjoyed the pizzas and my wife who is gluten intolerant was happy this time(she finds them hit or miss because of over-cooking) I do have one deficiency, for family size salads they were small. We have never ordered salads before and wasn't sure if they made a mistaken(picture of salads size would be helpful) salads were tasty, not enough and wouldn't order salads again. Overall satisfied.

The pizza is quite good, especially for the price and with the current walk in special. Decided to give it another try after being disappointed when they first switched over, and the taste is much improved. It would be easier if they labelled the ingredients on the counter for the build your own, but the server was friendly and seemed happy to fill in the blanks.
