Exceptional service! I was not an existing client but a walk•in. I received my eye exam within a few minutes and shortly after my exam was helped with purchasing 2 pairs of well priced glasses. Thank you to the B&N team for great service.

Had such a lovely experiencing buying sunglasses with my family. Staff were friendly, helpful, but never lingered or pressured us to go more expensive. Prescription sunglasses were ready for us in just 1 week. Will definitely recommend to friends & family!

I highly recommend this store to anyone for good value eyewear and great service. I purchased two pairs of glasses from here at an unbeatable price. Not to mention the most important part, great products. The opticians were helpful and knowledgeable. The friendly service started with Ahmad, who helped me find two lovely light weight frame. Then the store manager, Mitra, approached me to explain the difference between progressive and single lenses as well as the type of light coating that I need. I had a great experience and I will be back to get my next glasses from this store.

Been four eyed for most of my life and this is by far one of the best full service optometrist I have been to! Great selection and quality materials too.Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and thorough in her exams and explains everything clearly. Mitra and Ashran were very helpful too especially Mitra when it came time to select glasses and find the best fit. Sadly I have an issue with one pair I need to go back about but I am not worried about going back in to take care of it because this team is there to make sure you are not only comfortable but confident in your selection and 100% happy with fit, site etc. A diamond of service for our teen daughter as well. 1000 thank yous!!

Purchased three pairs of glasses at this location. The products are fine and the employees are nice however the execution is lacking.Took them 1 month to provide me with a pair of glasses due to some issue with their nose pad provider, as for the other pair of glasses, they received the incorrect frame colour but didn’t check before calling us to go pick them up .
