Shelly did a seminar for our Volleyball Club and it was extremely helpful and well received by all of our athletes, coaches, and parents. My daughter attended a Zoom presentation by Shelly about Performance Anxiety & Your Athlete. She found it very beneficial. My daughter thought the content was a fantastic overview of stresses for athletes to relate to. She thought the group multiple choices were fantastic as they were a good way to engage everyone without putting anyone on the spot in a Zoom meeting.My daughter left the presentation feeling better about how she feels during a big game!

Shelly recently spoke at Sir Winston Churchill High School on anxiety and depression, which our students are experiencing at an alarming rate. She was a very good speaker with useful tips on how to deal with it. She also gave a brief synopsis of the various areas her and her colleagues can assist our parents, staff and students. We would highly recommend her and intend to have her back in the fall to delve into this topic even further.

I was thrilled to be able to attend a zoom presentation on teen athletes and anxiety in sport. Shelly was professional in her approach. She gave an overview and walked us through a wonderful presentation on what anxiety in sport looks like. Shelly is knowledgeable and had excellent tips for overcoming the anxiety that athletes face in sport as well as in life. Shelly recently spoke to my high school parent group regarding test stress and anxiety in teens. It was a perfect topic for this time of year. I took many notes for my teens but also many notes for myself that I can use in my own life and work. She gave me so many items to consider and reframe. She was engaging and relatable.
